Responsibilities
**Maintenance Technician**
This role ensures smooth production by maintaining machinery, facilities, and safety standards. Reporting to the Technical Manager, responsibilities include:
- Adhering to safety standards and maintaining workplace cleanliness.
- Performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery.
- Assisting in machine setup and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Managing spare parts inventory and documenting maintenance.
- Facilitating communication among team members and departments.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical and/or electronic systems
- Familiarity with plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)
- Applied understanding of WCM standards
- Basic familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment rules and practices
- Competence in operating manual and electric forklifts
A minimum of 3 years' experience in the maintenance department of a manufacturing company.
