Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality checks throughout the production process, including visual inspections, product sampling, and testing.
• Conduct sensory, physical, and chemical testing to ensure product quality standards.
• Record and analyze test data, identifying and reporting any deviations from standards.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure quality protocols are consistently followed.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions for non-conformities and participate in root cause analysis.
• Monitor production environments to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Participate in internal audits, support external audits, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and new quality testing techniques.
