Responsibilities
- Perform precision soldering of circuit boards and components used in navigational systems, adhering to IPC standards.
- Assemble electronic and mechanical parts, ensuring compliance with design specifications and technical drawings.
- Operate and maintain soldering irons, heat guns, and other assembly tools to achieve high-quality results.
- Conduct visual inspections and functional testing of assembled units to verify quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair soldering defects and assembly issues, ensuring system reliability and safety.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address design challenges and implement process improvements.
