Randstad has partnered with a local manufacturing company and we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Lead! This is a full-time, rotating shift position with a starting pay of $35+/hour.
What you’ll do:
- Assign daily tasks and work orders
- Train and develop maintenance staff
- Ensure timely completion of work orders
- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Support MRO purchasing and inventory
- Anticipate and acquire parts
- Assist with equipment installation
- Train operators and troubleshoot issues
- Communicate with other departments
- Document repairs and complete paperwork
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Adhere to GMPs and regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school degree preferred
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred
- strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
salary: $72,800 - $87,360 per year
