Job Summary:
The Mailroom Warehouse Worker will be responsible for managing the processing, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. This role is essential in ensuring the timely and accurate handling of all mailroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mail Processing: Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Printing Tasks: Operate printing machines and assist in producing printed materials as required.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Quality Control: Review printed materials for accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing and mailing equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
