Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic job site safety audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions to maintain best practices.
- Create open lines of communication between Register Roofing and all other General Contractors, Clients regarding safety concerns, fostering collaborative approaches to problem solving and promoting a strong culture of workplace safety on a job site.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to supervisors in managing safety performance within their departments, fostering culture of safety among leadership.
- Reduce workplace accidents by effectively coordinating safety training programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents and hazardous incidents to determine cause and make recommendations for corrective action.
- Knowledge of Federal, County, and Local safety standards including (OSHA, ANSI, EM385 USACE)
- Other job task responsibilities as directed by the Director of Safety
