Responsibilities
Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of the facility and its equipment, ensuring smooth operations across the production line. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, dismantling machinery, replacing defective parts, reassembling, and making necessary adjustments for optimal efficiency. Maintenance and repairs will be completed through service requests and preventative maintenance procedures in line with OEM guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow and execute the prescribed preventive maintenance schedule.
- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs, including the replacement of electrical circuits and electronic components.
- Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs.
- Clean, lubricate, and calibrate equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety requirements and procedures, reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
- Maintain familiarity with all tools and equipment.
- Properly document all completed work in the maintenance records.
- Experience with industrial equipment, hydraulic systems, and welding.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record.
