This role involves PLC programming, safety compliance, and technical repairs to ensure production efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, numerical controls, power supplies, drives, and HMI systems.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and specifications.

- Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties safely, reporting any potentially dangerous conditions to the supervisor.
- Start up and shut down equipment per operation requirements and OSHA guidelines.
- Provide technical support for PLCs and network interfaces, including programming and circuit design.
- Perform PLC diagnostics, calibration, maintenance, and repair of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment.
- Receive and interpret wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications for repair and installation tasks.
- Plan repair procedures and determine materials or replacements needed.
- Service electronic equipment by checking, testing, and replacing faulty components.
- Install and maintain communication cables, power distribution cables, and perform splicing.
- Develop training programs and documents for control system knowledge transfer.
- Comply with all safety practices, including PPE usage.
