Responsibilities
- Assemble, wire, and test electrical components, subassemblies, and systems according to detailed schematics and work instructions.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with military and company standards.
- Install and connect wiring, cabling, connectors, and components onto circuit boards and other assemblies.
- Solder and crimp connections, ensuring precision and durability in high-stakes environments.
- Operate tools and equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering irons to verify functionality and troubleshoot issues.
- Document assembly processes, modifications, and repairs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues or deviations.
- Follow strict safety and security protocols in handling and storing sensitive or classified materials.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area to support lean manufacturing practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and product quality.
