The Plant Manager will oversee all facets of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and capital expenditures. This role requires expertise in managing large-scale projects, specifically plant build-outs, and experience with HVAC systems and quality assurance. salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to meet production goals and uphold quality standards.
• Oversee quality assurance programs and compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMPs), ensuring consistent product excellence.
• Develop and implement capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, including new equipment installations and facility expansions.
• Direct HVAC systems maintenance and upgrades, ensuring optimal performance and environmental control within the plant.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resources.
• Oversee facility maintenance and equipment reliability to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Manage the plant budget, with a focus on cost control and return on investment.
• Mentor and develop supervisors and production staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
