We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a machine shop environment. This role requires expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems to ensure the smooth operation of various shop machinery. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and implement safety standards to maintain a productive work environment.  

salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance on shop machinery, including CNC machines, hydraulic presses, and other mechanical equipment.

Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Electrical Systems: Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, PLCs, and safety interlocks.

Mechanical Systems: Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components to ensure machinery operates efficiently. Documentation: Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
