Responsibilities
What will you do? Your day to day success is determined by your ability to:
-Contribute to production by operating CNC machines
-Set up machine, observe operation, and inspect first run and sample work pieces to ensure machining conforms to specifications
-Create and edit programs
-Maintain a safe working environment and promote health and safety awareness
-Keep machines up and running efficiently
-Monitor and communicate any maintenance and inspections to CNC machines
-Work with operations to determine scheduling of workloads
-Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process
-Document all scrap material and maintain a clear record of inventory
-Ensure proper training and mentoring is conducted for all staff
-Participate in continuous process improvement
-Perform other duties as required
With Quality in mind, you also bring the following:
-Experience or training in a manufacturing environment
-Ability to perform programming, editing, setup and operations of CNC machines
-Experience with CNC Lathes with Mazatrol and Fanuc Control
-Knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables
-Passion in delivering accuracy and quality as a priority

-Day shift
-Monday to Friday
Experience:
-CNC lathe: 5 years (Preferred)
-CNC programming: 2 year (Required)
-Fanuc Control: 2 years (Required)
-Mazatrol: 2 years (Required)
-Work Location: In person
