Job Details:
- Location: Northborough, MA
- Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour
- Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Picking and packing orders, verifying labels, and ensuring accurate shipments.
- Handling various materials, including files, books, and backup tapes.
- Operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners to process and track orders.
- Performing physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, reaching, and lifting regularly throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs without assistance.
- Comfort with repetitive physical tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail for order processing and inventory management.
- Ability to operate hand trucks and pallet jacks safely.
- Basic computer skills to use scanners and track inventory.

Responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods
- Lift, push, pull, and carry boxes, including up and down stairs or over changes in surface elevation
- Proficient in reading and writing in English
- Experience processing orders and managing labels and shipments
- Use of proprietary computer systems to track orders and box locations
- Operate handheld scanners
- Climb and balance on ladders
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs without assistance
- Experience operating hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Shrink wrap pallets and load boxes onto pallets manually and with equipment
