Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead HVAC System Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, and bring 5-10 years of hands-on experience in installing HVAC systems. This position requires independent work and teamwork, along with occasional management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members and coordinate with clients to complete projects effectively and on time.
- Utilize expertise to diagnose issues, troubleshoot installation problems, and suggest improvements.
- Manage and train junior installers as needed, providing guidance and leadership.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace on job sites and in the company-provided work van.
- Experience: 5-10 years in HVAC installation. Management experience is a plus.
- Tools: Must own a set of basic tools.
- Driving Record: Safe driving history required, as a work van is provided.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and motivated to maintain a high standard of work quality.
- Pay: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime.
