Responsibilities
- Operate the Flexo Press: Run the press during production, making sure it operates at optimal speed while producing high-quality prints.
- Monitor Print Quality: Continuously monitor print quality, checking for consistency in color, alignment, registration, and ink distribution.
- Adjust Settings: Make on-the-fly adjustments to machine settings to correct issues such as misalignment, color shifts, or inconsistent ink application.
- Check Material: Ensure the correct substrates (paper, film, etc.) are loaded into the machine, checking for defects or imperfections.
- Ensure Consistency: Ensure that the print quality remains consistent throughout the production run.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow company and industry safety standards, ensuring that all safety equipment, like goggles and gloves, is worn and safety protocols are followed during operation.
- Follow Environmental Guidelines: Ensure proper handling, disposal, and recycling of materials, including ink and waste, in compliance with environmental regulations.
