Responsibilities
- Prepare and process shipments using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other shipping software. Ensure all orders are packed securely and meet customer requirements.
- Receiving Duties: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, inspect for damage, and ensure accurate documentation of products received.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records in the system, track stock levels, and assist in cycle counts or physical inventories.
- Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips, labels, and bills of lading. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and filed.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts (stand-up and sit-down) to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, production, and customer service teams to address shipping/receiving issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages, defects, and proper labeling. Report any issues to management promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
