Responsibilities
- Product Inspection: Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with food and pharmaceutical quality standards.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor production lines to ensure that processes are in compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards, including temperature checks, packaging inspections, and weight accuracy.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and quality control data in a timely manner. Prepare reports for management on quality trends and issues.
- Compliance Auditing: Conduct internal audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) regulations.
- Testing & Sampling: Collect product samples for laboratory analysis, perform basic on-site tests (e.g., pH, moisture content), and ensure products meet specification requirements.
