Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of parts in a Class 100 Optical Clean Room, ensuring they meet stringent cleanliness and quality standards.
- Operate advanced ultrasonic cleaning systems to prepare parts for inspection, following established protocols to maximize effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and record data related to cleaning and inspection processes to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and report any defects or quality concerns, ensuring all parts exceed customer specifications and expectations.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to improve and refine inspection techniques and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of inspection and cleaning areas, adhering to strict cleanroom standards.
- Conduct final inspections before parts are approved for shipment, verifying compliance with internal and customer specifications.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in inspection and cleaning processes, contributing to ongoing improvement efforts.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to inspection equipment and processes.
