In this position, you'll play a key role in coordinating production schedules, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring that customer demands are met with precision and care. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Inventory, making sure that every detail is in place to meet tight deadlines and keep the production process running seamlessly. salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Creates, verifies and releases orders to Production Department
• Maintains data and processes reports in SAP system
• Processes order acknowledgment report from purchasing in a timely manner to facilitate the scheduling of Firm Planned Manufacturing Orders.
• Maintains standard operation descriptions and the labor times required for these operations.
• Creates routings and modifies bills of material as needed for prototype and tooling job orders
• Maintains thorough knowledge of company products, assembly methods, time requirements and necessary routings.  Creates schedules and routings for job orders for internal use.
• Manages all communication and information requests during critical Account Tier A Expedite situations
• Manages the Make to Stock program for all customers
• Manages all communication and information requests on customer Design Project related Prototypes.
• Provides detail to Account Representatives and Sales to help them communicate actualities to customer
• Functions as the Primary Purchasing backup
• Updates Work Instruction which Identifies instruction errors or process improvements and Checks out and submits ISO workflow for approval of changes
