Responsibilities
• Coordinates to develop and establish standard practices in the area of techniques, material used,
capacity planning, maintenance scheduling, safety, and performance measures.
• Liaising / Control of Subcontractors.
• Completion of all certifications of compliance & upkeep of all maintenance documentation
• Develop a Preventative Maintenance schedule for each key piece of machinery.
• Control key materials & spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety aspects of building & machinery.
• Make repairs or adjustments when needed.
• Regularly inspect and replace parts when necessary.
• Perform essential maintenance on and secures the building, facilities, and the grounds.
• Assist to determine the nature and scope of forthcoming projects and the requirements for completion.
• Order maintenance supplies following defined purchasing process meeting budget expectations.
• Perform routine housekeeping activities in the department and ensure adherence to established safety
procedures and requirements.
• Must work well with others in a team environment.
• Performs all required preventative maintenance in accordance with schedule.
• Maintains a clean and organized parts warehouse and work area.
• Observe company work rules and safety regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
