- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems (ERP software), Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and barcode scanners.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and material handling practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; verify quantities and product quality.
- Record inventory transactions in our inventory management system (ERP/Excel).
- Coordinate with production and purchasing departments to ensure material availability for production schedules.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure easy access and efficient space utilization.
- Assist with the preparation of inventory reports and assist in month-end and year-end inventory reconciliations.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines in handling and storing materials.
- Support other inventory-related tasks and projects as needed.
