Role Overview: If you have a background in electrical work, plumbing, and preventive maintenance, this role is perfect for you! The position involves performing daily equipment repairs and comprehensive maintenance responsibilities, both electrical and mechanical.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Electrical Tasks: Replacing AC/DC drives, troubleshooting tempsure controls, working with PLCs, and more.
- Mechanical Tasks: Troubleshooting and repairing gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts, and pulleys.
- Location: Brentwood, NH
- Shift: Third Shift, 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM
- Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (Wednesday to Saturday) – 40 hours total

Responsibilities
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot and replace proxy switches, eyes, and fiber optic.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot servo motors, stepper motors, encoders, and drives.
- Have basic plumbing skills, knowledge of fittings and thread types.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and experience.
- Basic electrical knowledge and experience.
- Able to perform independently and with good work habits.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems on industrial equipment (including extruders).
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Mechanical tasks: troubleshoot and repair gear boxes. Troubleshoot and replace bearings, chains, belts, and pulleys. Preferred by not required--MIG weld, stick weld, drill and tap threaded holes. Read mechanical prints.
- Electrical tasks: troubleshoot and replace AC and DC drives, temperature controls, start/stop electrical controls, troubleshoot PLCs, replace and wire 3-phase motors, troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits. Read electrical, building, machine, and flow diagram prints.
- Experience in industrial maintenance role preferred.
- Troubleshoot problems in simple electrical circuits.
