The MIG and TIG Stainless Steel Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding work on stainless steel materials. The welder will read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications, ensuring that welded joints are structurally sound and meet both aesthetic and quality standards. The position requires a high level of skill in welding, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities

•  Perform MIG welding on stainless steel components, ensuring strong, precise, and clean welds. Capable of working with a range of stainless steel thicknesses and joint configurations.
• Execute TIG welding on stainless steel, especially for thin materials, offering high-quality, precision welds. Maintain a steady hand to ensure neat, aesthetically pleasing welds.
• Review and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine material requirements and the appropriate welding techniques.
• Set up welding machines, tools, and equipment. Calibrate settings such as voltage, current, and gas flow to ensure proper weld penetration and finish
