Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair ammonia refrigeration systems, including valve groups, pumps, motors, fans, compressors, solenoids, electrical disconnects, fuses, auto-purgers, etc.
- Calibration of equipment and instrumentation as assigned.
- Perform pump rebuilds, sensor calibration, and PM tasks on Frick screw compressors.
- Perform ammonia pump-outs in a safe manner.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on Microprocessor equipment.
- Maintain good written records on daily log sheets.
- Maintain water quality systems on cooling towers.
