Responsibilities
Checks and replaces exterior lighting on a regular basis.
Constantly observes condition of the property throughout the community and Immediately reports and/or initiates action to correct unsafe conditions. Needs to be aware of all utility meter cutoffs, apartment and fixture cutoffs. Ensures that storage areas always remain locked when not in use. Maintains awareness of proper safety precautions at all times.
GENERAL
Physically walks the property on a frequent basis and removes litter, debris, cigarette butts and pet droppings from the grounds. It is especially critical that the following areas remain clean, neat, and free of litter at all times.
Empty all trash receptacles both inside and around the perimeter of the property. Transfers trash and other items left outside of dumpster into dumpster. Pick up and sweep area.

Cleans and rakes shrub areas; shovels when necessary. Use blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean.
Assist with various physical tasks as directed, e.g. tearing down fences, digging postholes.
