- Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is preferred
- Experience with hand tools and small parts assembly
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities
- Assemble LCD displays according to detailed work instructions and blueprints
- Test and inspect components for quality assurance
- Perform wiring, soldering, and assembly of electronic components
- Ensure all products meet quality and company standards before packaging
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
