Responsibilities
- Operate Pharmaceutical Machines: Operate Fette, Kilian compression, tabletting, and encapsulation machines to produce pharmaceutical products in compliance with company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, making adjustments as needed to maintain high-quality output.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any issues with machines or production processes to minimize disruptions in production.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain production logs, machine performance records, and quality checks as required.
