We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder Fabricator to join a dynamic team in the Cleveland, TN area. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding, fabrication, and assembly of metal components, ensuring the highest quality and precision in every project. Responsibilities

• Welding: Use various welding methods (such as MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-core welding) to join metal pieces together.
• Fabrication: Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal parts based on blueprints, schematics, or verbal instructions.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints to accurately fabricate parts to specifications.
• Metalworking: Use tools like grinders, saws, and other machinery to cut, grind, or shape metal as required for the project.
• Quality Control: Ensure the final product meets required standards for strength, durability, and accuracy. This may involve testing welded joints for integrity or performing visual inspections.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regular maintenance and calibration of welding machines and fabrication tools to ensure optimal performance.

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 45lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
