Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of food safety or quality experience in the food industry.
- Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, USDA regulations, and food microbiology.
- Experience with food safety audits and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- HACCP certification and SQF training preferred.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily quality checks in production, ensuring compliance with food safety and GMP standards.
- Monitor process controls and document food quality and safety control points.
- Coordinate lab testing, sample collection, and manage test and hold activities.
- Review critical control point (CCP) information to manage product release activities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to meet regulatory, company, and customer quality expectations.
- Ensure compliance with raw material receiving, production, and packaging processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the QA Supervisor and Lead.
