Join our growing team, a leading food distribution company committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Dispatcher to coordinate shipments, manage schedules, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher, in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with food distribution operations is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with dispatching software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required



Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks for timely deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, schedules, and delivery routes.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure the timely replenishment of stock.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to delivery delays or warehouse operations.
• Enforce compliance with safety and quality standards.
