- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in quality management and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive change within a manufacturing setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality management software, data analysis tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities
1. Quality Management:
- Lead the evaluation of non-conforming parts and resolve quality issues to ensure product consistency with established standards.
- Develop and implement inspection procedures for manufacturing parts, including initial and daily inspections.
- Manage quality training program for employees, covering all phases of quality measurement, including inspection, paint, packaging, and shipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains, and lead improvement projects from initiation through implementation.
- Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of improvement projects, ensuring they deliver measurable results.
