Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with expertise in hydraulics, PLCs, CNC machining, and electrical systems.
- Proficient in Allen Bradley PLCs, control systems, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Fabrication and welding skills, with experience in a variety of equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Expertise in low voltage systems, equipment schematics, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and using precision measuring instruments.
- Leadership skills with a proven track record of managing maintenance teams and optimizing plant operations.
- Computer literacy and experience with CAD software for designing components and systems.
- Communication and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Certification in Welding, Electrical, or PLC systems.
- Experience in component manufacturing or related fields.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless operation of all equipment, including lathes, mills, presses, grinders, forklifts, and other plant machinery.
- Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), including Allen Bradley systems, to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Execute preventive maintenance plans and equipment repairs for CNC machinery, low voltage systems, and other specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Utilize mechanical, electrical, and welding skills to resolve issues related to fabrication, machining, and electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Review, interpret, and apply blueprints, schematics, and precision measuring instruments to enhance equipment efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to continuously improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Lead the development and implementation of safety protocols, equipment upgrades, and continuous process improvements.
- Utilize CAD software to design modifications and upgrades to existing machinery or manufacturing components.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Drive innovation in maintenance operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
