- 1-3 years of experience operating granulation and compression equipment in a pharmaceutical or similar GMP-regulated environment.
- Familiarity with SOPs, GMPs, and FDA regulations.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain granulation and compression machinery in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform machine setups, calibrations, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Handle raw materials and ensure accurate measurements and blending during granulation processes.
- Conduct in-process checks, including weight, hardness, thickness, and friability, during compression cycles.
- Identify and resolve minor equipment malfunctions or deviations, escalating complex issues to maintenance as necessary.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate logs in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and participating in routine cleaning and sanitization tasks.
