Responsibilities
- Developing and Implementing Quality Control Systems:
Create and execute comprehensive quality control procedures, including inspection protocols, sampling methods, and testing criteria to identify potential quality issues throughout the production process.
- Supervising Quality Control Team:
Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors, analysts, and technicians, assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance to ensure consistent quality standards are met.
- Product Inspection and Testing:
Oversee the inspection of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with established specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze quality control data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and generate reports to communicate quality performance metrics to management and relevant stakeholders.
