Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and machinery in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues in machinery and equipment, diagnosing problems efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to determine appropriate installation and repair methods.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and reports.
• Participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of safety within the workplace.
• Understand and comply with NEC guidelines.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
