Responsibilities
- Conduct required Inspections buildings and equipment per PM program
- Conduct necessary repairs and maintenance
- Install equipment and appliances
- Follow provincial code
- Comply with all safety rules
- Keep an up-to-date maintenance log
- Respond to repair requests in a timely manner
- Follow verbal and written instructions from manager
- Collaborate with outside contractors to ensure all work is done efficiently and within budget
- Conduct routine inspections per PM requirements
- Perform PMs based on set schedules
- Provide input on company requirements
- Investigate and purchase required equipment for the sites
- Support the creation and implementation of PM programs for both internal and external maintenance staff
