We are currently seeking experienced Pharmaceutical Machine Operators to join our team on the overnight shift. Position Summary: As a Pharmaceutical Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various pharmaceutical production machines during the overnight shift. This role requires attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently to ensure the safe and efficient production of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve any operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines, including cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Record production data, including machine performance, product yield, and downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
- Troubleshoot and address equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating pharmaceutical production machines (or similar manufacturing equipment).
- Skills: technical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP regulations, quality control, and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
