We are hiring Production Heavy Labor Stackers to join our team in a fast-paced food production plant! You will lift and stack 50-pound bags up to 6 feet high. This is a physically demanding role requiring strength, endurance, and attention to detail.  What We’re Looking For:

Responsibilities

• Bag Stacking
  
  
  • Consistently stack 50-pound bags up to 6 feet high without rotation.
  • Ensure stability and safety of stacked materials to prevent collapses or damage.
• Work Schedule
  
  
  • Maintain availability to work 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Be prepared for 8 to 12-hour shifts, adjusting as necessary to production demands.
• Safety Compliance
  
  
  • Wear required steel-toe boots at all times.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in the production plant environment.
• Environment Adaptability
  
  
  • Work in a cold environment suitable for food production.
  • Maintain focus and productivity despite environmental challenges.

  • Meet or exceed daily production quotas and maintain consistent workflow.

working up to 12 hrs of overtime per week
