Factor is looking for Production Team Members. Factor is a company out of HelloFresh that specializes in making and distributing ready-to-eat meals that folks can heat up in their microwave. Located off of Litchfield Rd, just north of the Goodyear Airport.

Talent are asked to pick and pack the prepackaged meal into their designated area in the warehouse, ready to be delivered. Talent are standing at their station in the cold warehouse [33F]
Environment:
- Cold Prep area: 30F-38F
- Talent are asked to stand for 8-12 hours per shift
- Occasionally asked to lift up to 20lbs and group lift up to 50lbs
- NON SLIP SHOES ARE REQUIRED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Attention to detail with basic skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication & division
salary: $17.25 - $17.26 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities
Tasks include:
- Picking and packing
- General warehouse tasks; breaking down boxes, maintaining area & station
- Twisting, turning and lifting meal kits into containers, ready for transfer
- Follow all Randstad and Factor GMP and Safety Guidelines
