Are you a hands-on leader with expertise in diesel truck and trailer repairs? We’re seeking a Service Center Manager to lead a small, dedicated team in providing top-notch service, repairs, and complete overhauls for diesel trucks and trailers.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Provide hands-on leadership, assisting with repairs and service as needed.
- Communicate with clients, write service tickets, and create accurate estimates.
- Oversee and contribute to the training and development of team members.
- Maintain a focus on high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule: 100% onsite, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
- Salary: $95K-$120K annually, based on experience, plus a robust benefits package.
- Background in diesel truck and trailer repairs.
- Proven experience in managing a service center or a similar environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while staying involved in day-to-day operations.
