Are you an experienced industrial painter with a passion for precision and quality? We're seeking a skilled Industrial Painter/Powder Coater to join our team. This role involves applying paints and powder coatings to metal surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes for various products. Aerospace industry experience is a huge plus and highly valued for this position. Preferred:

• Aerospace industry experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with large-scale or complex coatings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply paints, primers, and powder coatings to metal parts and surfaces using spray guns, powder coating equipment, and other tools.
• Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared, cleaned, and masked before painting or coating.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment, including cleaning and troubleshooting spray guns and coating systems.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work with the production team to meet project deadlines and production goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and quality inspections.
