salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 3:30 PM - 1:45 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to craft precision parts from various materials.
• Perform setups, offsets, and routine adjustments with confidence.
• Interpret blueprints and specs, using advanced gauges to ensure top-notch accuracy.
• Monitor machining processes, troubleshoot issues, and keep equipment in check.
• Handle materials, load/unload workpieces, and keep inventory organized.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace while upholding 5S and OSHA standards.
• Sand, deburr, and finish parts for a polished, quality product.
• Suggest improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in Lean initiatives to eliminate waste.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 40lbs

Skills

Mill Machining (3 years of experience is required)

Haas Editing (3 years of experience is required)

Blueprint Reading (3 years of experience is required)
