We are looking for a driven and detail-focused individual to assist our production team in managing daily manufacturing operations. This position is key to maintaining high-quality standards, improving workflow efficiency, and achieving production targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for operational success.  

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager in organizing and executing production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Oversee and assist production staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, collaborating with the purchasing team to ensure proper stock levels.
• Identify and resolve production challenges, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with Quality Control to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
• Analyze production data to drive process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate and provide on-the-job training for team members, encouraging skill growth and cross-functional expertise.
• Ensure all operations align with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
