Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.
- Manage projects related to facility improvements, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Oversee HVAC system maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and safety inspections.
