Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the company, including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity without compromising quality or safety.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align operational goals with overall business strategy.
- Oversee the efficient use of equipment and materials, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and operational excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of safety across all facilities.
- Manage the budget and ensure cost-efficient operations while meeting or exceeding financial targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to measure operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
