Responsibilities
- Greet and direct truck drivers while in the plant and instructing them to follow proper protocol.
- Organizes and maintains Logistics Attendance Sheets and Schedules.
- Prepare and organize receiving labels for incoming loads.
- Prepares reports, statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software.
- Read and analyze incoming information and plan their distribution to the proper personnel.
- File and retrieve documents, records, and reports.
- Prepares reports, such as shipping and receiving summaries, inventory balance as requested.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries from other departments.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
