Responsibilities
- Cleaning all equipment, tanks, and vessels as needed
- Observe and follow safety procedures and SOP's set by the company
- Refer all issues to the lead/supervisor
- Chemical Inventory
- Assist in trasfer of product to the line
- Transfer finished product into drums and totes to complete orders
- Weigh chemicals for batching
- Set up and monitor all mixing tanks, vessels, and mixers
- Obtain and understand all documentation for batching products
- Operate all equipment including tanks, mixers, scales, meters, pumps, etc
- Complete all paperwork and batch documentation in a timely manner
- Submit finished product samples to the lab for approval
- Communicate with production when batches are complete and ready to fill
- Monitor all temperatures on batches that require heating and cooling
- Verify raw chemical usage on each batch are added correctly with correct weights
- Able to work with limited supervision
