Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and Monitor Machinery: Set up, run, and monitor machines that produce plastic pumps. Ensure that machines are operating efficiently to meet production goals.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test the pumps during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
- Material Handling: Load raw materials into the machines, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and materials are stocked appropriately.
- Basic Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning the machine, changing out filters, and making minor repairs.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Record Keeping: Document machine performance, production outputs, and any issues encountered during the shift.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and address any challenges during the shift.
salary: $17 - $17.01 per hour
