Responsibilities
- Create and bake a variety of cookies, from classic favorites to creative seasonal and specialty varieties.
- Perfect and consistently reproduce cookie recipes to maintain the highest quality and flavor standards.
- Manage the preparation of cookie dough, including mixing, shaping, and baking in batches.
- Ensure proper portioning and consistent size and shape of cookies for even baking and presentation.
- Decorate and garnish cookies with icing, chocolate, nuts, and other toppings, following company guidelines.
- Maintain inventory of ingredients, ensuring the pantry is stocked and ingredients are fresh.
- Monitor and control baking times and temperatures to achieve ideal texture, taste, and appearance of cookies.
- Assist in developing new cookie flavors or limited-edition offerings for special occasions or holidays.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations.
