Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of label printing and finishing machines.
- Monitor production lines for any issues, ensuring that equipment is running efficiently and safely.
- Perform quality control checks on labels to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Help prepare materials, including loading rolls of paper, ink, and other supplies into machines.
- Assist with routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating parts, to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain accurate production records, including tracking time, output, and any machine adjustments made during the shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work closely with machine operators to address any production challenges and ensure deadlines are met.
- Help troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and report major issues to supervisors or maintenance staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and senior machine operators.
